McLaren Dominates Final Practice at Mexico GP

During the final practice for the 2024 Mexico GP, McLaren's Oscar Piastri topped the charts, followed closely by teammate Lando Norris. Carlos Sainz secured third place, outperforming Max Verstappen. Sergio Pérez showed improvement but finished in 14th place. With qualifications on the horizon, anticipation grows for the race.


McLaren Dominates Final Practice at Mexico GP

The McLaren team demonstrated their dominance during the free practice 3 at the Mexico Grand Prix, with Oscar Piastri achieving the best time closely followed by his teammate Lando Norris. Carlos Sainz from Ferrari came in third, outperforming Max Verstappen from Red Bull, Lewis Hamilton, and Charles Leclerc from Ferrari. Sergio Pérez showed improvements, although he did not manage to place in the top ten, finishing in 14th place.

A few hours before qualifying to determine the starting grid, Sergio Pérez's team was working hard in the garage to improve his position and have options to climb onto the podium in the race on Sunday. The qualifying session was set to start at 15:00 hours with hopes of placing in the front rows.

The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City was full of fans for the second day of activities at the 2024 Formula 1 Mexico Grand Prix. During the third free practice, McLaren dominated while Red Bull faced difficulties.
